| SEMESTER RATES: |
A 5% discount is given for tuition paid by the semester. This discount
only applies if tuition is paid during the first 2 weeks of the semester.

| FAMILY DISCOUNTS: |
Discounts are allowed for one child taking additional classes. Second
child receives additional class rate. Third child also additional rate less
10%. The Performing Arts Centre also has a work exchange program. |
| TUITION POLICY: |
Tuition is the same rate per month, September through Recital in mid-June.
We do not charge extra when there are five lessons in the month. For lessons
missed due to holidays, inclement weather, or illness, please take a make-up
lesson during the current semester.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED. |

| DANCE SUPPLIES: |
The Dance Closet, 220 North Main St., carries all required apparel, PAC merchandise,
plus a variety of popular style leotards, tights, shoes, & accessories. Supplies
may be purchased or ordered during regular business hours or at any Open House.

REGISTRATION FEE:
$15.00 per family |
A registration fee is charged to offset the cost to process your enrollment.
$20.00 for those families whose registration is postmarked after August 19th.
Register early & recieve a free t-shirt while quantities last. |
| LATE FEE: |
Tuition is payable due the first of each month. A $5.00 late fee is assessed
if tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month. Statements will be sent only
when tuition is past due. Students will be suspended from class at the end of
the second past due month until account is brought up to date. Returned check
charge is $20.00. |
| EARN FREE TUITION: |
Help pay for your dance tuition. Ask a friend to enroll for
dance or acrobatic class and you will earn one month's free tuition (up to $42.00).
This free tuition will be applied as a credit to your tuition starting in
October. Tell your friend to put your name next to "referred by" on their enrollment form. |
